Mission
At Toni Kelly Counseling & Consulting (TKCC), our mission is to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive outpatient mental health services that empower women and BIPOC individuals to overcome emotional challenges and achieve greater life satisfaction. We are dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where our clients can access trauma-informed support and discover the tools they need to navigate stress, trauma, and mood-related disorders.

Vision
At Toni Kelly Counseling & Consulting, we envision partnering with our clients on their introspective journeys, helping them discover the resources needed to live more fulfilling lives. Our commitment to quality, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed mental health support aims to empower women and BIPOC individuals to show up as the best version of themselves, easing the burdens of mental, relational, and career-related issues throughout their lifespan. TKCC was created to address the significant gap in accessible and empathetic mental health services for marginalized communities. Looking to the future, TKCC strives to be a leading provider of innovative mental health solutions, expanding our reach and services to meet the evolving needs of our diverse community, and setting new standards in compassionate care and mental health advocacy.

Toni Kelly
Owner & CEO / Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Toni Kelly, Founder & CEO, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Tennessee State University in 2009 and her Master of Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014. After completing extensive clinical requirements, she achieved her LCSW in 2021. Toni’s dedication and expertise continue to drive her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves. In her spare time Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children who are actively involved in recreational sports.

Bianca Thompson
Clinical Supervisee
Bianca Thompson (she/her) is a clinical supervisee at Toni Kelly Counseling & Consulting and a Master of Social Work student at the University of Tennessee, expected to graduate in May 2026. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Mississippi.

Emily Perry
Clinical Supervisee
Emily Perry is a graduate student pursuing her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) with an additional trauma certificate at the University of Tennessee, with an expected graduation in 2027. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Emily has also earned several credentials in Integrative Coaching, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Somatic Attachment Therapy and is a RYT (registered yoga teacher), certified through Yoga Alliance, with over 500 hours of educational experience in yogic traditions.


Jasmine Divinity
Clinical Supervisee
Jasmine Divinity is a graduate student in the Master of Science in Social Work program at the University of Tennessee, with an expected graduation date in 2027. Her path into the mental health field has been shaped by personal and professional experiences that strengthened her passion for supporting individuals facing stress, depression, and challenges with self-esteem.
