At Toni Kelly Counseling & Consulting (TKCC), our mission is to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive outpatient mental health services that empower women and BIPOC individuals to overcome emotional challenges and achieve greater life satisfaction. We are dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where our clients can access trauma-informed support and discover the tools they need to navigate stress, trauma, and mood-related disorders.

Meet Toni Kelly
Owner & CEO / Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Toni Kelly, Founder & CEO, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Tennessee State University in 2009 and her Master of Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014. After completing extensive clinical requirements, she achieved her LCSW in 2021. Toni’s dedication and expertise continue to drive her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves. In her spare time Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children who are actively involved in recreational sports.

 Since 2009, Toni has been dedicated to serving in various social work fields, passionately supporting individuals from all walks of life. Her most fulfilling experience came while working at an inpatient psychiatric facility from 2019-2022. During this time, Toni embraced both the challenges and rewards of the role, enhancing her expertise in mental health and Neurocognitive Disorders. With her extensive experience, Toni possesses a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by women and BIPOC (black, indigenous, and other people of color) individuals. She is committed to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care, ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and supported on their mental health journey. Toni is licensed to work with clients residing in both Tennessee and Florida.
