Extreme Hardship Waivers
Evaluations to assess the psychological impact on a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident if a loved one is deported. -

VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Petitions
Evaluations to support survivors of domestic violence seeking immigration relief by assessing emotional and psychological effects. -

Assessments of psychological trauma experienced by victims of crime (U Visa) or human trafficking (T Visa).
What to Expect
Our immigration evaluations include:

A detailed, court-ready report tailored to the client’s case.

The final report is typically completed within 2-3 weeks. Delays may occur due to case complexity, delayed responses, or payment issues, but clients will be notified promptly if this happens.

We also collaborate with immigration attorneys to ensure evaluations meet all legal requirements while maintaining a compassionate approach that prioritizes professionalism and accuracy.

Expedited Evaluation: $300 (5-7 business days)

Rush Evaluation: $500 (48-72 hours)

Court Fees: $300 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Court Preparation: $250 per hour

Travel Time: Dependent on location. Generally $155 per hour, lodging fee (if applicable), daily per diem ($75 per day), and mileage ($.60 per mile)
Payment Terms

Full base fee payment ($1,200) is due at the time of service. Payment plan available with 50% due at booking of initial appointment.

An active credit card is required for all payment plans. Late or declined payments will delay report completion, and the final report will be released only after the balance is paid in full.
Limited-Time Reduced Evaluation Fee
-
A special reduced rate of $600 per immigration psychological evaluation is available through March 31st for clients actively working with an immigration attorney. This temporary rate is made possible through recent fundraising efforts to expand access to services.
All evaluations are trauma-informed, forensically sound, and aligned with immigration legal standards (including VAWA, Hardship Waivers, and related relief).
Interpreting services are available as needed and billed separately.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:vAppointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $200 fee.
No Call/No Show:vIf you do not show up and do not call to cancel your appointment, a $200 fee will apply.
Late Arrivals:vArriving 15 minutes or more late will result in the need to reschedule, and a $200 late cancellation fee will be charged, as the session cannot be completed in full.
Payment Processing: In all of the above scenarios, the active card on file will be charged. The scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations often cannot be filled on short notice.
