About

Toni Kelly, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Founder and CEO of Toni Kelly Counseling & Consulting. She is passionate about providing culturally responsive mental health care, with a focus on supporting women and BIPOC individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and systemic stressors.


Toni earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Tennessee State University and her Master of Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University. She later obtained her clinical licensure after completing extensive post-graduate training and supervision.

Through her private practice, Toni provides therapy, immigration psychological evaluations, clinical supervision, and consultation for clinicians and organizations. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care and a deep commitment to addressing racialized trauma and expanding access to equitable mental health services.


In addition to her clinical work, Toni serves as an adjunct instructor, where she enjoys mentoring and supporting the next generation of social workers. She also serves on the board of NAMI Davidson County, contributing to local mental health advocacy and community education.

Outside of her professional life, Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children and staying connected to her community as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
